Frames and Compatible Obi
帯は切らずに飾れますか？
はい。帯を切る必要はありません。
帯を折りたたんで固定する構造のため、大切な帯を傷つけずに飾ることができます。
飾ったあとも簡単に取り外して元の帯として使うことができます。
「思い出の帯をそのまま残したい」という方に選ばれています。
What types of obi can be framed? The type of obi that can be framed is called the fukuro obi.

When folded in half three times and hung on the round rod inside the frame, the obi's height will align with the frame. You can also adjust the way it's folded to highlight your preferred part of the pattern.
帯は傷みませんか？
帯に穴を開けたり、接着したりすることはありません。
折りたたんで固定するだけなので、帯への負担は最小限です。
また、いつでも気軽に取り外して別の帯に入れ替えることができます。
Can a Nagoya obi be framed?
Depending on how it's folded and set up, you may be able to frame a Nagoya obi with this product. However, we do not recommend this as the standard method of use.

What is the condition of the obi in the set?
All obis selected by our store are antiques.
We carefully choose pieces that are in excellent condition and suitable for wearing with traditional clothing. However, as antiques, they may have some wrinkles, stains, loose threads, fading, or odors.
If you're interested in a particular obi, we can provide additional photos upon request.

Meanings of Obi Patterns
What material is the surface cover plate made of?
Obi Wall Art's protective surface cover is made from a 2 mm UV acrylic sheet (COMO GLAS UV40), which blocks 97% of UV rays.
Please note that while the material significantly reduces UV exposure, it does not completely block 100% of UV rays.
角帯(男性和装用帯)用の額縁は帯幅何cmのものに対応していますか？
「帯ウォールアートFor Men」(角帯用)の額縁マットの窓枠サイズの横幅は8.5cmですので、帯幅9cm以上の帯に対応しています。

飾り方について
帯の入れ替え方法は？
帯アートフレームの裏板を開け、掛け棒を外し、帯を交換して裏板を戻してください。

自分でセットできますか？
はい。特別な道具は必要ありません。
帯を折りたたんで額縁に入れるだけなので、ご自宅で簡単にセットできます。
初めての方にもわかりやすく、写真付きの手順ページもご用意しています。

額縁を横向きにして飾ることはできますか？
当店でも横向き展示を検討したことがあり、 クリップと簡易な板を使用して工夫をすれば可能ではございますが、
長時間のクリップ使用でシワができてしまう恐れもある為、お客様にお勧めできないという結論となりました。
母や祖母の帯でも飾れますか？
はい。思い出の帯を飾る方が多くいらっしゃいます。
着る機会がなくなった帯や、
大切に残しておきたい帯を、インテリアとして残す方法として選ばれています。
実家整理の際に見つかった帯を飾る方も多いです。

Can I purchase just the frame?
Yes, you can purchase the frame by itself. Please select it from the product list. (Colors: White / Black)

Is it possible to purchase just the obi?
Yes, we may be able to accommodate your request depending on the situation.
If you want an obi with a design not listed in our product list, please contact us, and we'll be happy to discuss it with you.
Contact Form
When will the product be delivered?
Our products are made to order and will be shipped from our shop within 2–10 business days after receiving your order.
For delivery addresses within Japan:
Your package will arrive approximately 1–3 business days after shipping.
*Please note that delivery times may vary during long holidays and the New Year season.
For delivery addresses outside Japan:
Your package will generally arrive about 10 business days after shipping.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and conditions in each country.
Do the products come with a warranty?
Yes. If there is an issue with the fasteners on the back of the frame, we will send you replacement parts.
If the frame develops a crack or becomes warped, we will replace it with a new frame.
If the protective acrylic cover is scratched, we will also send you a replacement.

Can you issue a receipt?
Our shop does not print receipts or include them with products.
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please use the "View Receipt" link in your shipping confirmation email to issue your receipt.
How do I cancel an order?
Before the product is shipped:
1. On the order confirmation screen, you'll find "Cancel" and "Cancel & Reorder" buttons in the Order Actions section at the bottom of the page. You can cancel or reorder directly from there.
2. You can also cancel or reorder through the order history in your account.
3. The order confirmation email you receive also contains a "Cancel" button, which you can use to cancel or reorder.
After the product has been shipped:
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
